My TPT Income Report for Q2 (I've Hit My Best Month Ever!!!)

Wow! We're already done with quarter 2 of 2022. Like seriously, where did the time go?! It's crazy how time flies! The next thing I know, I will be in the Philippines. Woohoo can't wait! And now that Q2 is over, it's time for our income report!!!! *drum rolls* I'm happy to say that I have reached my best month ever on TPT, and I hope I'll reach it again!

Disclaimer: I'm sharing these numbers not to brag but to inspire other new TPT sellers like me that with the right hard work, you can achieve your TPT goals.

May 2022 is my best month ever! I reached my first 4-figure month, and I couldn't believe it! I was not expecting it at all because it's close to the end of the year, and many people said that sales would start to slow down. Apparently, that's not the case for my store.

Tip: Create end of the year and summer resources ahead of time.

It's the summer slowdown, so I'm not expecting to hit 4-figures again in June. But I was shaken to find out that I almost reached $400 despite some (or most) teachers being on summer vacation. As you can see, I had a lot of days where I got zero sales compared to my April and May graphs. My end-of-the-year and summer resources were still selling in June. I don't know what to expect in July. I'm writing this on June 2nd, and I haven't got a single sale.

UPDATES

  • I focused on updating my covers and previews during the first three weeks of June. I didn't create products (although I was so itchy to create new products because I always have a lot of product ideas), and actually, it felt good not to worry about it. I didn't even do any marketing at all!
  • I have been reading a lot. I might write a blog post about my top fave books ever since I got a Kindle, so stay tuned for that!
  • I got COVID.
  • I moved out of my apartment to save more money when I return to the Philippines next year. I now live with my boyfriend.
